Valentine's Day Around the Globe

Valentine's Day is celebrated around the globe, so depending where you are, here's a look at various cultures.
In Denmark, people send pressed white flowers called snowdrops to their friends.
In Italy they have a feast with wine and food, then sex.
In Japan, women give candy to men on Valentine's Day while men return the favor one month later on White Day.
In Korea, bachelors get their own holiday, called Black Day and the occasion calls for single men who did not receive anything on the 14th to gather a month later and eat noodles covered in black sauce.
Today, I believe couples should take advantage and use this day to initiate new sexual adventures, communicate their feelings and desires, and to reaffirm their love.
Now, here's the Dr. Ava way of celebrating the romantic holiday. Exchange some Valentine's Vows with each other by first writing down at least 3 vows that you are prepared to keep for the next year. After writing down your very personal Valentines Vows go ahead and verbalize them to each other and make this an annual ritual to seal your love. Here are some samples to draw from:

I promise to share a romantic bubble bath with you at least once a week
I promise to give you romantic gifts & trinkets at least once a month
I promise to have at least twenty minutes of foreplay prior to lovemaking at least once a week
I promise to tell and show you how much I appreciate you every day
VALENTINES VOWS FOR HER
I promise to wear sexy lingerie at least once a week
I promise to give you a sensual massage at least once a month
I promise to have a "quickie" with you at least once a week
I promise to let you know how much you mean to me every day
AFTER EXCHANGING YOUR VALENTINES VOWS
You are now all masters of romance, purveyors of passion and architects of seduction. I now pronounce you Valentines Lovers.
